Được thành lập ngày 23 tháng 10 năm 2009 với tên ban đầu là Công ty Cổ phần Tư vấn và Phát triển Chiến lược Năng lượng (ESDC). Để thuận tiện cho hoạt động kinh doanh từ 01 tháng 08 năm 2017 Công ty Cổ phần Tư vấn và Phát triển Chiến lược Năng lượng (ESDC) được đổi tên thành Công ty Cổ phần S – POWER. S-POWER là công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật năng lượng, bao gồm các công tác: Thí nghiệm hiệu chỉnh các công trình điện; Tư vấn thiết kế, tư vấn giám sát các công trình đường dây và trạm biến áp đến 110kV; Thẩm tra hồ sơ thiết kế; Xây dựng và lắp đặt thiết bị các công trình điện; Đào tạo, tư vấn chuyển giao công nghệ mới trong lĩnh vực chuyên ngành năng lượng… Với đội ngũ cán bộ chuyên gia nhiều năm kinh nghiệm cùng với sự tin tưởng của khách hàng, trong thời gian qua chúng tôi đã triển khai nhiều công trình tư vấn thiết kế và thí nghiệm hiệu chỉnh phần điện cho các nhà máy xi măng, trạm biến áp, thuỷ điện vừa và nhỏ… trên toàn quốc với chất lượng cao phù hợp theo tiêu chuẩn ISO/IEC 17025:2005 được các đối tác tin cậy.
